Welcome to Verdeco Boulevard, a design that seamlessly blends spacious living with the beauty of the outdoors. This residence offers an abundance of living space both indoors and out. The majority of the building is surrounded by decking, creating an ideal setting for entertaining guests, while a covered outdoor area at the rear of the property ensures a perfect venue, regardless of the weather. The design includes attic space, four bedrooms, and a double garage. With a total build of 240.62m², Verdeco Boulevard has a great balance between modern luxury and practical living, showcasing the innovative approach that defines ID Architecture.

This project is in it’s initial design stages. One thing that stood out in our design brief was plenty of natural light. So we really focused on the key feature: a high ceiling through kitchen and living space that extends through to a covered outdoor entertaining space. We also included barn style doors and Log Burner which can be closed off for entertaining.

This design is for a family so it was important to include a full laundry, storage for cleaning supplies and a garage with kayak storage along with attic storage too.
